It's no secret that I am totally obsessed with handbags. All sizes,shapes,colors,etc...I love them! So it shouldn't come as a surprise that when it came to picking out a diaper bag I couldn't pick just one,nor could just any one do. There are so many diaper bags out there and its hard to know which is right for you. Some women prefer a basic messenger style in the gender color while others would like one that looks nothing like a diaper bag. I have both(I know I'm the odd one!) but most women stick with just one.
My thinking behind diaper bags is much the same as handbags. They need to meet your needs and go with your lifestyle, but also they have to be stylish. I have hand selected a few of my personal favorites and they are all at different price points. The first one is for the mommy that wants a diaper bag to look like a designer purse. This bag is the London Shopper Classic Rosie Pope $365 at Rosiepope.com. This bag has stroller straps, tons of compartments for bottles, etc and it comes with a changing pad. The bag is black leather and the inside is a washable nylon. The next diaper bag is on my want list for a toddler(although its for any age)and it is the Petunia Pickle Bottom Coconut Chai Boxy Backpack $169 at Pottery Barn Kids. This bag has it all! From the hands-free design of the optional backpack to the messenger style. It has a changing station that folds out of the bag to make changing easier and it has loads of compartments for every need. You can also have this monogrammed for $7 if you order it online. I like this one for on the go moms that need a nice bag but hands free. The last bag I chose is the Skip Hop Duo Deluxe Diaper Bag in Willow $57.99 at Buy Buy Baby. This bag has a sleekness but is very functional. It has tons of space and has stroller clips for easy carry on the go. It is very durable and machine washable----which is a huge plus! Its a great bag for everyday use. If you would like more information on this topic please email me at belleswithbumps@gmail.com. Check in tomorrow for Want it Wednesday.
